Term 2!

At the start of the term, Primary 2b loved desgining and creating their own free range chicken farm! Have a look at them below!

 

Primary 2b have also been exploring Forces in Science and in particular the forces of pushing and pulling. They were all keen scientists during our friction experiment and were able to conduct a fair experiment to see which materials would allow a toy car to travel the furthest.

There has been lots of Christmas fun happening in Primary 2b too! The children enjoyed making and decorating their salt dough decorations for the Christmas Fair. They have also been working very hard on their nativity lines and songs and hope that you love their performance just as much as they do. The children also liked learning some songs in French for the nativity. They found it fun, learning the different words and phrases and singing in a different language. We hope you were very impressed!

Our Trip to Tesco!

Primary 2 loved their trip to Tesco where they met Callum and Linda who let them explore the store. They enjoyed finding fruit and veg of different colours, tasting some bread and very interesting cheese (including pickled onion!) and learning about all different types of fish and sea food. The best part of all was getting to go into the big freezer and seeing how cold it really is!!
