Sandwiches

Primary 2b all enjoyed designing and making a healthy sandwich!












We all decided to make a banana sandwich on wholemeal bread. We worked with our shoulder partner to make the sandwich then really enjoyed eating them!

Afterwards, we wrote about making our sandwich at Writing time. We learned how to write instructions and all tried to use the words "first", "then", "next" and "finally". Everyone worked very hard!

Gladigator!

On Thursday 22nd September the Gladigator came to visit our school. All of the Primary 2s went together. First Liz reminded us all about brushing our teeth and the Gladigator came into help too! Then it was time to have fun on the bouncy castle!

Active Learning

In Primary 2b, we love to learn in many different ways, but one of our very favourites is Active Leanring - especially at Maths time! Each week we get 6 new activities which help us learn about Maths. Here are some photos of us taking part in activities for Addition, Subtraction and Money.

Settling in

All children in Primary 2b have settled back into school. They have created their own class charter which focuses on everyone's rights and responsibilities in the classroom. The children have also decided what it takes to be a Quality Classroom. Here are some photos of the class being a Quality Line and a Quality Audience.
