Term 2

This term has been very busy, learning lots of new topics in maths.  We have looked at odd and even numbers, rounding to the nearest 10 and fractions, to name just a few.  We have worked co-operatively to learn as much as we can in maths.

Not only have we worked co-operatively in maths, but we worked together to create a poster about racism and Martin Luther King.  We wrote about what our dream would be for everyone to be treated fairly. 

In science we learned about where we get energy from and what we need energy for.  We especially enjoyed the bangers that Miss breslin made with us to learn about sound energy.

We are doing a topic based on the novel Six Dinner Sid and are enjoying writing about Sid and using adjectives to describe him.

 

 



We had the Christmas fayre and enjoyed listening to Christmas music (early we know!!) while we made our Christmas craft to sell.

We are busy practising for the nativity, learning new songs, lines and using musical instruments and can't wait to perform it infront of our family.  We then have our Christmas party to look forward to and can't wait to dance to all the Christmas songs.  We will deserve to have so much fun, after all our hard work.
